What is Mindfulness?

We live in a transformative and revelatory times on all levels, which is why today’s joy, peace, effectiveness and personal productivity come from how we feel inside.

Mindfulness is the ability to remain present, aware, in the here and now, without tension or judgment. To be fully in a state of presence.

Being in this state, parts of our brain associated with well-being and happiness are activated. It has a powerful stress-reducing effect and allows the person who has acquired this skill to manage their thoughts and emotions much more effectively, focus better and become more efficient and balanced in many aspects of their life.

It is essentially a course for anyone who wants to improve their life, especially for those who need less explanation and more experimentation.

How does it happen?

The Mindfulness course has a theoretical component through which participants can familiarize themselves with what the concept means, and at the same time a practical component through which they can experience a breath of fresh air intended to bring new insights into our lives with a visible impact in our own activities.

During the course we will talk about:

  • What is Mindfulness?
  • What is the „presence state”?
  • The 7 factors of „awakening”
  • Mindfulness exercises – we will experience practically what this state of presence entails through practical meditation and conscious breathing exercises.

A relaxed, peaceful and calm environment motivates us to do things better and be efficient in our life and work. Therefore, when we take time to relax, to connect with ourselves, we discover new possibilities for development and improvement of the quality of our personal life which has a direct impact in the professional context.
